Bob Gass
Founding Partner
Bob Gass has been a founding member of a number of successful real estate and investment companies over the course of his 30-plus year career. Most recently, he founded MG Realty Investments, LLC and MG Advisors with Terry Mitchell in 2014. Prior to that, he launched McKinney Fund, the Investment Manager of a $50 million dollar land investment fund with the State of Texas General Land Office, and REDS, a single-family research and consulting company that provided strategic advice to homebuilders, land developers, and investors.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Gass acquired or developed more than 4,000 lots for Centex Homes and developed more than 3,400 apartments for Trammell Crow. He also established a land investment business that acquired, entitled, and marketed mixed-use developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area for Trammell Crow.

Terry Mitchell
Founding Partner
Terry Mitchell has a rich background with experience in all phases of real estate development and home construction. Over his career, he has developed more 29,000 residential units with $4 billion in residential community value.
Mr. Mitchell brings extensive operational experience in creating teams to acquire, finance, develop, and construct real estate projects. Each project involves the creation of a development team of real estate professionals and consultants necessary to address the issues facing each project as well as market knowledge to create unique and desirable places.

Steven Spears,
Principal
Steven Spears, FASLA, AICP, PLA is a certified planner and registered landscape architect with 20-years of development experience throughout the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
Mr. Spears was honored into the American Society of Landscape Architects Council of Fellows in 2015, the highest council distinction in the profession. His education includes a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree with honors from Ball State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Design from the University of Texas at Austin. Spears is a member of the Urban Land Institute, American Society of Landscape Architects and American Planning Association.
